Star Empower Tutoring is an online tutoring service with big dreams of becoming a full- fledged mini school. We offer a variety of academic services and support High Schoolers. If you are a stressed student and don’t know where to start, or if you really want to help your child excel, but don’t know how, you have come to the right place. I’m a bilingual English teacher. I can help you write the perfect paper, University entrance letter, or help keep you organized.
How Our Story Began
Welcome to Star Power Tutoring! I am an IB trained High School English teacher. I have always worked with youth both in the nonprofit sector and in the school institution as a classroom teacher. With over 10 years under my belt working in French Immersion and Francophone environments, I can offer tutoring services in both English and French.
I have gained valuable experience in writing the perfect paper and I can help students write and edit sound academic papers.
In addition, having worked in disability advocacy in the nonprofit sector, I have witnessed the difficulty that students with various needs have as a result of a lack of specialized attention.
Star Power Tutoring started as a desire to fill significant gaps in the system, in particular the lack of one-on-one instruction in busy classrooms.
We offer services in both English and French for the following subjects: English, French and Social Studies. We can accompany students in the paper writing and editing processes, provide individualized homework help and offer specialized services including: organizational support for High School, consultation services for the IB Higher Level Essay and IB Extended Essay, as well as letter writing assistance for University entrance.
